As a consultant, I work with leaders to develop strategies and implementation plans that will support the desired organisational growth and change.
As an experienced executive and trustee level leader in the health and life sciences sector I offer a range of consulting services to support teams and leaders. I work alongside small - medium sized organisations as they plan for growth or change, and are looking to seek clarity for their next steps.
Leaders can be sent in many directions and pulled away from the important elements of their role. By seeking external advice and support, you will benefit from an effective, structured plan forward, allowing you to embrace the growth or change the organisation is embarking on. This might involve:
An extra pair of hands. Fractional operational leadership support, particularly during periods of growth or change.
Thought partnership and trusted advisor. It can feel isolated being a business leader, sometimes you just need a safe space to test your thinking and ideas with someone independent who has been in a similar situation.
Discrete project delivery. As an experienced project and programme manager I can support orgqanisations with internal operational programme delivery.

Initial Call
Arrange a mutually convenient time to have an exploratory call to discuss your requirements, budget and timescales.
Proposal of Work
Based on your need, I will develop a proposal summarising a suggested solution and approach, together with a fixed fee budget, timeframe
and invoice schedule.
Agree & Proceed
Once you are happy with the proposal we will sign a contract / statement of work and the project can begin.
